As a kid, I was always in trouble for talking to other kids in class. If my teacher moved me, I made friends with the next person and kept talking. So, I made meaningful connection my career!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I can quickly determine if life coaching is a good fit for a client’s needs. Some individuals may have a diagnosable mental illness, and they would benefit from counseling services instead of coaching services.

Life coaching is all about helping you live a healthier, more fulfilling and sustainable life. At Life Reimagined Coaching, you’ll start with a free consultation. If we’re a fit, we’ll focus on behavior changes, goal-setting, and personal growth.

Of course, this depends on the type of life coach a person wants to be. Most life coaches complete a short training and “certify.” I’m actually a licensed mental health counselor with 23 years of experience. This means I have a master’s degree and a plethora of tools to help you.

I love my work as a mental health counselor, but over time I’ve realized that when I limit my work to people who qualify for mental health services, I exclude a lot of people who could genuinely benefit from life coaching services.
Often we need an objective person to listen and help hold us accountable to ourselves. So, I offer both!
